The Queens Hotel Reservation Staff will send you a confirmation email to your designated e-mail address. Please check for the accuracy of your e-mail so you will be able to receive our response.
We monitor our emails and reservation requests very frequently and carefully. For reservations request you can expect a reply from us within a couple of hours between 0900 (9am) – 2200 (10pm) Philippine time. For requests outside of the above times, we generally will reply within at least 12 hours. If you do not receive a response from us within these time frames, please check your junk or spam email box/folder.
In order to secure your reservation please provide your credit card information in the provided fields. You may cancel your reservation up to 48 hours prior to arrival with NO charge. In case of no show or cancellation within 48 hours prior to arrival you agree that your credit card will be charged for 1 night only. The 48-hour cancellation notification must be received no later than 48 hours prior to our regular check-in time which is 2:00 PM (14:00 hours). Please note that we will release your rooms by 5 PM of the Arrival Date if no Arrival time has been specified. Rates are subject to change without prior notice!
Our rates are net, inclusive of government taxes and service charges
Transport Service is an optional service offered by the Queens Hotel. Services offered are pick-up or drop-off from airports and travel tours to many tourist destination all over Luzon.
